IAA: Why did you join the IAA?

Fernandez: Because of the aim to transform the continent into an attractive hub for business development, investment, brand growth, public engagement, innovation, and ultimately, to make our profession a responsible, sustainable, and transformative force. Personally, it is both an honor and a great responsibility to lead the growth of IAA throughout Latin America and to strengthen the advertising industry in the region.

IAA: Which IAA value is closest to your heart and why?

Fernandez: Sustainability, since I am dedicated to driving the change towards a more sustainable and responsible industry, working transparently with a strong commitment to making decisions that foster a fairer and more sustainable future for everyone.

IAA: What is your favorite example of IAA serving the marketing communications community?

Fernandez: Initiatives that address relevant topics such as sustainability, collaboration, and creativity, fostering relationships, and networking among the various market players.
