Mihaila: I have been active in the banking sector for the last 7 years, after being a fully engaged FMCG marketer previously.”

Mihaila: I trust the IAA is one the most respected organizations. IAA’s projects inspired the industry to be more creative and more efficient in solving business and societal challenges.”
IAA: Which IAA value is closest to your heart and why?
Mihaila: Creativity is my dearest value. I believe there are very few professions in the world that manage, through creative thinking, to gear people to take actions, could make business thrive and can bring good to communities and to the society as whole.”
